Pros

The plates are solidly made, I don’t remember seeing better =) True, these are the first ones that I have ever seen. I like to press buttons to select the mode and roasting options, it seems that you are participating in the preparation. Yes, medium rare meat is what it was bought for. Fast and convenient, no need to bother with a thermometer.

Cons

"The monkey in old age has become weak with its eyes" . . The monkey is me, and so, the backlight of the display could be done, it's not comfortable without it.
