Everything is well thought out here. Backlight - it annoys me when manufacturers make a dark LCD display without a backlight. Thanks to Klein for the backlight, and nice. Good indicators - EASY to distinguish between red and green, and I have red-green deficiency (deuteranomaly). Quite a percentage of guys have it, so it's nice that the indicators are made that way. A captive screw on the battery door - you'll be surprised how many don't have one, and goodbye door screw. Easy to use - no frills, just the right information. Turn it on, the lights will flash to let you know they haven't burned out. The display shows which pin should be hot/open in case you forget. Then when you plug it in it immediately shows voltage, green/red lights and clearly visible readings like "CORRECT", "GRD OPEN" etc. I literally didn't have to read the instructions, just used it. . But if you need, the instruction is also good.
