Perfect spiral curls with almost no effort. I have shoulder length hair and don't use heat unless necessary. I lightly misted my hair with water from a spray bottle and then added a small amount of gel (hair was still mostly dry). I then put on the curlers and left them on for about an hour (30 minutes would probably be fine, but this was my first time trying them) and phew, perfect spiral curls! I would recommend two packs if you have thick hair because if you put too much hair on each roller the curls will look looser and the hook may pull your hair a bit as you pull it through the rollers. I would not recommend wearing them to bed. I couldn't imagine sleeping in it! I have just placed my second order. My daughter has long hair so we just tied it at her ends and it was so cute.
