It would be nice to rate the device but you can't because the app for the device doesn't work on an Android (Samsung S7) phone. Apps are installed on my phone but I can't create an account. In fact, selecting I AGREE after reading the TOS (Terms of Service) does nothing. Nothing at all. Since there is no web interface and no other way to configure the hub, this is a paperweight. Contacted their tech support. Their response was as follows: Support Response: Good morning George, I have received your message. We are aware of the issue and have identified it as a UI bug on Samsung phones. We have a solution that will be available worldwide by last Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience. I advise against purchasing this item. Why would any reputable company release an app and not test it on the most popular Android phones? I'm boxing mine up for a return tonight as I don't need a unit that can't be used.
