Overall I don't mind the chair. The backrest is supportive and I love that I can raise my arms (although many chairs have this feature). The height adjustment offers a good range as I like a higher position and some chairs don't offer that. Where it's lacking is when you're using it for more than an hour or so. The bottom cushion just isn't the right material and after a while I can actually feel the underside of the chair. I'm 5'11 185 pounds so I'm not a big guy. So for a task chair this is great as it has a relatively small footprint and isn't bulky in the room. However, if you've been working in your chair for a while and sometimes want a break from the frustration of work, you might want to look elsewhere. Update: Having worked from home for the past two months and want to buy an upgrade, don't buy this one. I might as well be sitting on a wooden bench. I am ashamed that I bought this. I spent a little over $100 and you can find better ones for the same price but I think I was fooled by the good looks and inaccurate reviews.
