The good: Clothing rack is attractive, made from sturdy material, pieces fit together snug, cheap, usefulThe bad: several of the pieces arrived damaged. It didn't look like the box had been damaged in shipping so I imagine they let it leave the factory with these issues. The worst was the top piece that holds the clothes hangers, on both sides it has to slip over the pipe that forms the vertical part of the rack. The one side and been totally smashed and the paint was flaking off, it wouldn't fit over top of the vertical pipe. I didn't want to send back a $30 item so I spent about an hour reforming the metal with a mallet and pair of pliers until it could be hammered down over the vertical piece of pipe. I have it tucked back in a corner so the damage is not noticeable, but should I have wanted to make this a piece in the middle of the room it would be very noticeable. I think if I were less handy with tools I would have been forced to return the whole item, so keep that in mind.
