After 10 years we finally had to replace the paper towel holder in our kitchen. It was transparent Plexiglas, so it never went out of style. Unfortunately, at some point the end piece on the holder broke, so we had to look for a new one. We wanted something that would fit under the cabinets so it wouldn't take up space on our counter. We were concerned that the screw holes would not line up between the old and new brackets. Luckily for us, the new one comes with screws or tape to secure it in place. Very easy to install with the supplied tape and it was up and running in minutes.
