Barely lasted a month.

Used for a month before my dog broke it. I have a 35lb Basenji that has been using this barrel for a month. The dog was never left unattended on the run. Yesterday he saw what he wanted and started to draw. In just a few minutes, he was pulling so hard that the preformed loop on the side of the spring shock broke. Again, this is a 35 pound dog. Not a big animal. Used for a month maybe 2 or 3 times a week. It shouldn't have failed. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this item to anyone who has a medium to large sized dog. Edit: Just got off the phone with Revane who will arrange for the return of this item. I'm glad they are willing to stand up for what they sell. I will look for and buy another item and review it in the future.
