Review on πŸ”Œ High-Quality Window Master Switch for 2003-2007 Honda Accord - SWITCHDOCTOR Ensures Smooth Operation by Jeff Dabney

I think I'll be the first to rate

perfect. I ordered this part after finding out that Honda parts and service required a significant amount to repair my 2006 Honda Accord LX. Symptoms: The driver's window worked, the other three didn't. After ordering the part, I read a review that not all RF lock/unlock key fob signals work with aftermarket master controller switches. I felt better when the part arrived and there was an insert saying I could access their website and/or ask them for help. This aftermarket switch worked with the key fob after it was reprogrammed. Removing the controller panel was easy. Watch the video on YouTube on the website. It's worth noting that I had to remove the window guard (the piece of plastic covering the switches) on the new switch as it was permanently attached to the old door panel. The good news is that removing the power window shade is easy. The connectors snap easily into place. The automatic window function was programmed by turning the ignition on (position just before the engine starts) and pulling the window switch fully up. As with the key fob, switch on the ignition (position just before the engine starts) and press the lock on the key fob. I did this 4 times (in a row) and on the 4th try I felt a knock on the door panel. Generally I removed the trim and reinstalled a new part, programmed the auto window and key fob in 10 minutes. Thanks. Never had to call for help. All useful information was on the website.
