Review on Trailer Valet TVXL2 XL Dolly by Justin Miller

The ball hitch is incredibly difficult to attach to the trailer receiver, if there is any weight on the Trailer Valet the way it tightens and secures the dolly to the trailer by hand using just the wrench provided is nearly impossible . When I finally attached it to the trailer and tried to twirl it around in the driveway (my driveway is almost level with a slight incline just enough to drain the water), the Trailer Valet's wheel didn't catch on the sidewalk, the wheel spun himself free. It's also very difficult to level if you have a heavy trailer (mine weighs 6400 pounds). I have a concrete road, smooth, without bumps and damage. I only bought it so I can park my trailer on the side of my driveway so other cars can fit next to it. I've tried the hand crank and used a drill press for which there is an adapter, neither of which moved the trailer. Unfortunately I bought it in June but wasn't able to try and use it until October when we were returning our camper from a warehouse to our house due to construction in our area and couldn't bring the camper home from our camping trip in June. . Therefore it has never been used but is non-refundable. Dissatisfied with the seller's product or service.
