You better be techy when installing this. It takes a lot of fiddling to understand. BAD The hard drive is not included in SPITE because the function statement states that a 1TB hard drive is included. I am giving this one star because it is false advertising. After the price was released it became clear that this was probably true, but they needed to fix the promotional copy as soon as possible. The instructions are not clear and you need to take some time to figure it out. The app (security app) is pretty terrible too (read the reviews on google before you buy). He always tells me that the cameras are switched off when the monitor indicates that they are working. Another star off.
