Comparable to top brands

To be honest they are pretty good. I would say I see no difference between these sets and the Windsor and Newton Cotman watercolor sets (not sure if that's the correct spelling). Except this one has a lower price and adds a ton more colors. I tend to paint big, so it's hard to find a good watercolor that doesn't give a lot of rough streaks/color overlays and looks fairly smooth as long as you don't let it dry too long (which I admit I did). . accidentally several times). The colors are very vibrant and I'm sure you'll be using them a lot. My new favorite watercolors. I use them as an advent calendar and only get one random day. There's a lot you can do even with this limited palette. Edit: I added a photo with all the colors. The only thing that was a bit odd and gave me trouble was the copper. It was hard to get it out of the pan, but I don't use this color often, so it's not a big deal. Just odd considering silver and gold were fine. This is great value for money and you won't be disappointed.
