Great product. My neck and shoulder pain has been ongoing for months I am 78 years old and it seems that just normal activities keeping my home in shape and working outdoors around the house I come in with these pains. I can honestly say that I look forward to sitting for the evening with this item on my neck and get instant relief so much so I bought a second one.
