Review on VirtualConcierge by Jason Regalado

I like that there are several options available, depending upon what you want from them! The customer service has been great -- they have gone above-and beyond my expectations every time we've needed anything/anyone (including when our phone system was down). We're working out some kinks but so far it's going pretty smoothly overall!! Would love more flexibility regarding availability during off hours or nonworking days; however this is something being addressed by us now instead using other services outside VCC suchas VRBO concierseservice etc..
