Horrible customer service

I've ordered this product several times, but twice, the last being in August, I received clumpy powder that appeared to have gotten wet or crystalized. I sent a message asking for a refund or replacement after the SECOND time, with no response. I love the taste and think it's a great Keto product and am sad to not have it anymore but will never order from them again-this was a lot of money for an entire 60 serving product I had to throw away-TWICE. The first few times the powder looked normal and tasted normal so something is happening this past year. Please let me know if you found another product similar as I miss having my salts.
