Review on Mizuno Mens Running Mirange Evening Athletic Shoes: The Ultimate Performance Footwear for Men by Johnny Moger

I love these shoes. I walk around town a lot and bang on the sidewalk quite often; I have bones too. These Wave Sky 2 running shoes have a responsive/cushioned heel and a wide toe but not too wide at the ankle. The ankle padding looks a bit bulky but feels good. I use reputable custom orthopedic insoles for high arches and plantar fasciitis and they fit well all around - feel secure and natural. The heel to cushion heel is slightly higher than many other shoes I prefer these days (the flats seem "in"), although I ended up cutting out the Mizuno insole and leaving the end of the heel in the shoe underneath my orthopedic insole to add a little more spring and heel height. I love my cushioning!
