Review on 🛠️ FEL-PRO 1250 S-3 Intake Manifold Gasket Set with Enhanced SEO by Edwin Kreps

According to Fel-Pro this 1250S-3 fits the 1966 289 series head, but they are wrong. The holes in the water jacket are so large that they cover the edge of the machined surface of the head. They also include heat rise plugs, but there is no heat rise hole in the seals. Do they expect you to cut the hole yourself to use the plug? I got MS 90103-1 from my local parts store and it fits much better. As it should be, these other Fel-Pro pads have a heat riser hole, but they don't come with blocking plates. I had to use the ones that came with the wrong size gaskets.
