That's why I love this product. The size. It's similar to other trigger point therapy tools I have, but others are so long (I'm a 5ft 2in female) that I can't sit comfortably and use them properly without hitting the bottom of a chair, On the other hand, the instruments have too many bells and whistles and too many protruding elements. just as good or even better.
