I've had the device for about four days now. I have two herniated discs in my lower back and wear this device all day. It works, but I had small problems. First, my Omron TENS head came with 2mm snap connectors. The Techcare device uses 3.5mm cables. Luckily I was able to find a 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm snap adapter on the Revain (after much searching) and everything works. The waist belt doesn't really work. I had to use both straps to fit around a slightly chubby stomach which resulted in the velcro used to adjust the size chafing my skin. Eventually, the back is too stiff to accommodate the spine in a forward bend. That doesn't prevent him from working, but he could work even better if he were more flexible. A pocket in the front for the control box wouldn't hurt. Overall it's very good value for money at about the same price as Omron's durable disposable pad set and I'm very happy with my purchase.
