The water pump on my 2021 Keystone Bullet Premier was having a problem. It was incredibly loud and the bypass valve failed. City water ran through a pump and filled my fresh water tank. Instead of taking my trailer to the dealer and having it sit on a troubleshooting and repair waiting list for weeks or months, I decided to replace the pump myself and read the reviews on this model. I bought a replacement elbow and strainer for the pump. The factory pump didn't have a filter, and when I later disassembled my old pump, I found that plastic parts were stuck in the pump's bypass valve, preventing it from fully closing. Replacing my old pump with a new one was simple and straightforward. Every craftsman can do it - do it yourself. I was amazed at how QUIET this pump was compared to the factory installed one. It even builds up pressure noticeably faster and seems to have better water pressure. I'm so glad I bought this pump and decided to replace my factory pump myself. Nothing to regret! Note: I could clean the old pump's bypass valve of the plastic parts and put it back in my trailer. But I have a feeling this new pump is an upgrade from the one Keystone installed.
