Review on 🐾 Enhanced Richell Premium Plus Freestanding Pet Gate with Door by Jessica Chada

When I discovered this grid I was so excited to finally find a way to keep my elderly dog with urinary incontinence issues off my carpet and also have a grid that is easy on the eye. This is a beautiful gate as pictured and that's how it was when I unpacked it BEFORE assembling and installing it, flipped the gate over and broke the leg immediately. I suspect the leg had a crack before I opened the box and once installed it just fell off. And the tear is so bad that I can't just stick it on and use it like in the photo I provided. Things happen and I'm very understanding so I emailed the seller hoping for a replacement. They came back to me and asked for a photo of the broken area and then I NEVER heard from them again. I even sent a follow up email and got nothing. That's where I get frustrated because those goals cost a dime ($$$). So now I'm stuck with a less than solid gate that's now unbalanced and wobbly and my older dog can now push it since he doesn't have a second leg to hold it level and pin it down. on the ground. I looked at the reviews for this gate and noticed that a few other people had broken the gate leg as well. I am very disappointed in the gate and even more so in the seller.
