I bought it at the end of November 2013. My experience with this router has been excellent. My network is reliable, very reliable and works very well. I used to have a dual band 802.11n network and am very happy with this 802.11ac router upgrade. I have a Cox Premier Internet with a Motorola SB6120 cable modem. Cox's declared internet speed is 50Mbps incoming and 10Mbps incoming traffic. I'm constantly getting 60 plus down, 20 up and a ping speed of 10-15ms. There are many devices on my network; two desktops (one wired and one wireless), three laptops (wireless), two scanners/printers (wireless), one Wii game console (wireless), one Vizio Co-Star (wireless), one HP Chromebook (wireless), one Blu-ray players (wireless) and a Smart TV (wireless) connected to this network. I upgraded one desktop wireless and three laptop wireless interfaces with Edimax EW-7811UTC USB adapters. In short, I've had great results with this network router. For example, Netflix works great; as well as other "streaming services" like Revain or VuDu. The router's user interface is excellent and it is very easy to set up. The guest network function is a nice extra feature. I recommend this router to anyone who needs a reliable and fast home network. The only comment I have is that Western Digital has stopped making these routers.
