Exactly what I needed for my 2003 Jetta Wagon TDI. The existing wiring harness deteriorated to the point of crumbling; and let the check engine light come on. To completely replace the existing wiring harness you will need to split the wiring harness and disconnect the wiring harness connector which is located behind a cover at the top of the driver's side firewall. This wiring harness was an exact replacement for the factory part and I had no trouble installing it. after installation, the car could see all the glow plugs; And after resetting the check engine light, there were no more problems.
