Used to replace the bumpers on a standard Xbox One controller with a headphone jack - it has a one piece bumper. .not the original Xbox One controllers which did NOT have a headphone jack - these controllers had two independent bumpers. In a nutshell: perfect fit and the plastic was comparable to the original bumpers. I had no problems with installation or quality. The bumpers click and move as before. It was difficult to put everything back together, but it was more on purpose than a spare. Lots of videos to fix - with enough flexing/persuading, everything will fall into place. I think some negative reviewers may have worn the controller down to the point that a replacement was no longer appropriate. My controller was 3 years old. This is the first set of bumpers I've lost, so maybe I'm less aggressive with my toys! Arrived in postal packaging with bubbles. Internal parts are not damaged. Even if the instruments weren't of the highest quality, they were certainly good enough. especially a screwdriver with a protective nozzle for repairs. Before I received the kit I used a razor blade. As both devices appear to be of good quality and fit well, I still have a spare. I strongly recommend this kit. Back to GAMES!
