I like that the Alexander Group helps you understand your customer and their buying journey. I also like that the team is always willing to learn and adapt to new ways of doing things. There is a lot of content to go through and it can be a little overwhelming. The support team is also not always very helpful. If you want to understand your customers better, then the Alexander Group is a great place to start. We have been able to understand our customers better and identify opportunities and gaps in our service offering.
