Review on EWOS VPL HW65ES VPL HW45ES Projector Replacement by Jason Unruh

the same company for my Sony VPL-HW65ES projector. The first lamp worked for about 1000 hours. The second lamp worked 187 hours. I was unable to return the Revain but I contacted the manufacturer directly through Revain and they honored the 180 day guarantee and sent me a replacement within 10 days. Outstanding customer service and response time. If I could only rate the customer service I would give it 5 stars. But the second lamp I ordered was disappointing but was again replaced. I will write another review when this one burns out and how many hours it lasted. 5 stars for customer service 1 star for the actual product = 3 stars
