I was very let down by the Benbilry Online Store.

As a product manager, I have a lot of outdoor gear that I need to buy, so I was excited to try out Benbilry's online store. The event, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations in any way. Their website was cumbersome and difficult to navigate, which was a shame because they had an outstanding selection of products. Their search tool was lacking, which made it difficult for me to find the things I was looking for. In addition, their prices for comparable products were significantly higher than those of their competitors. In addition, shipping took a very long time, and it took a few weeks before I finally got my item. I attempted to get assistance from customer support, but they were unresponsive and useless when I contacted them. The entirety of my time spent with Benbilry left me feeling let down, and as a result, I intend to take my business elsewhere in the near future.
