I was very excited when I received the item. I took all the items out of the packaging and everything was fine with my order. When I placed the pillows in the pillowcases, I found that one pillowcase had a hem sewn on the edge to make it fit the pillow snugly, but there were some threads in the seam that weren't sewn into the pillowcase and there were loose threads of fabric all over. Noticing this I went to put the pillow in the other cover that came with it and the other cover had no hem at all so the pillow was floating inside the cover. I thought maybe the duvet was in good condition and I could just buy pillowcases and accept my loss, but after throwing the duvet on the bed we found a bundle of torn fibers on the purple soft side of the duvet (see photos). Despite all that the fabric is very soft, the comforter is not too hot at night and I just want the item to arrive as it should be because I love what they sent me just want it to be in good condition . .
