The worst product for your money, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Disc is like a disc. At first, I thought that the bad blocks were imaginary and the problem was due to the cable, or the sata port on the motherboard. I changed the cable and stuck the disk into the port where the working list used to be, and the worker temporarily removed it. The problem is that Victoria began to throw errors during the WDC_WD30EZRX-00DC0B0_WD-WMC1T1107430 test. It all started with the fact that the partition on the disk began to connect very slowly. then I checked the fs and found a cloud of errors. Well, I went to check the disk with Victoria. On the first test, there were no errors before! 10 percent scan. as soon as I saw that Victoria was remapping sectors, I decided to stop. I am not a supporter of remapping and continuing to use the device. Although, smart sometimes does it without Victoria. In a word, he stopped. Then, I decided to scan again. So. Nothing to do but! This time, Victoria began to detect bad sectors from the very beginning. So, from that moment on, the idea arose that this is either a cable or a sata port. As I said, I replaced the whole thing, but the error with the zero sector reappeared. I made a scan the next day - the error appeared only at the 5th percent. Took and changed the train again. Already on the third. at the same time, temporarily connected another hard disk of the same parameters - there is no problem with another disk. found this ill-fated torx screwdriver. I cleaned the contacts between the HDA and the board - all in vain. The last hope was to redraw the entire pancake for the chip using wd. in vain. the same stumbling on the sectors. most likely something with the controller cache. in general, kirdyk approached imperceptibly. it was a backup disk, so all the data is intact on the first hard.

Pros
  • Served for over two years
Cons
  • It would be better if he didn’t serve even a year - he could hand it over under warranty
