Product works straight away and would have received 5 stars but I am deducting 2 stars for the terrible instructions. You'll need a magnifying glass to read the very small instructions, but don't worry, whoever translated the document into English obviously doesn't speak that language. It's mostly gibberish, and what I can tell doesn't even seem related to the device I received. Fortunately, the motion sensor is mostly plug-and-play. I'm also deducting a star for dozens of unnecessary ringing versions and ringtones like "Happy Birthday" and his little spider. (It would be nice if they provided a list of available tunes. I gave up after the first few dozen.) Also, the difficulty of scrolling and adjusting the tune given that the device needs to be plugged in, so you have to be on the floor when You press the awkwardly placed up and down buttons to scroll through dozens of tunes. I'm adding a bonus star for several follow-up emails I received from their "Happy Officer" that were sent via Revain and asked if I had any questions - although the email didn't include contact information or an opportunity to real question to answer. One of the letters explained how to save the tune once selected, which was useful. Other instructions in the emails were too confusing to understand.
