Although the chairs are generally comfortable, I would want to have one replaced, and I have requested the seller via email and twice more via the call center for assistance; however, I have received no response after three days. To sum up: the seats are sweet, but the service is terrible. There was silence from the vendor. So Amazon offered to accept them back, but I already have all the chairs and don't want to take them apart again and pay for a taxi to transport them, so I won't. The seller, it seems, is depending on this.
