Just received and started horribly. I built it all weird and finally figured it out. To be honest, the instructions don't do anything, so I'll spare you the time you spent trying to figure it out.1. Once you get the timer, plug it in and set the time. You can use your phone or watch. This time is in 24-hour format, so if it is 5:00 PM, set the timer for 5:00 PM, and so on. Hold (until the numbers start flashing): WHITE + BLUE. When the numbers start flashing, release the 2 buttons and press the WHITE button to set the hours and the BLUE button to set the minutes. When the hours and minutes are set correctly, leave the timer 5 seconds without doing anything and it will set the time automatically.2. Setting to turn on and off the white light. Almost the same as setting the time, but now you need to set the time when the white light turns on and off. The time is also set in 24-hour format, so remember that from the first step. Hold (until ON is displayed, then the numbers will flash): WHITE After the numbers start flashing, enter the time after which you want the white light to turn on. When you are done setting the on time, let the timer sit for 3-5 seconds and you will see OFF and the numbers will start flashing again. Now you need to set when to turn off the white light. Again set the time you want it to turn off, when done, leave it for 3-5 seconds and you're done.3. Setting the blue light is exactly the same process as the white light, but instead hold the blue light until you see ON and flashing numbers, then set the time you want the blue light to come on and wait 3-5 seconds. If you want the blue light to turn on before the white light and stay on after the white light turns off, you just need to put it through the white light.
