If there are lice issues in your child's school, then I would 100% recommend using this until things settle down. However, this left my daughter's hair very flat and dry, even with the use of the corresponding spray on conditioner. I wouldn't use this long term. I've switched her back to her original shampoo/conditioner, but she still uses the spray on conditioner after her shower. The smell is pretty strong, daughter didn't like it, but I found it calming!
