I chose a bench with drawers and received it over the weekend in a compact box. It turned out to be heavier than expected, but otherwise packs down well, to about the thickness of a soft lid. Assembly requires no tools; it was super easy. There were no instructions, but they were clear enough. I have this to organize my gym clothes that used to have a separate drawer in my dresser. I had a hard time finding what I needed despite trying to categorize the drawer. This bench is great for organizing those things - I can fit about 5-6 pairs of leggings, shirts or whatever in each drawer, that's enough space and I can organize them by length. For example, I have shorts, then capris, then long leggings in the bottom three drawers. It fits all of the contents of a large dresser drawer and makes it MUCH easier to find what I'm looking for. The bench is low enough to sit on; I'll probably just put some org dice on top of that. It has to be strong enough to do that. The only reason I took off a star is because the lid partially covers the top drawers, which is a slightly annoying design flaw.
