Dissatisfied :/ the best USB fans

One of the three I bought literally blows the air back. The two that work make an annoying, high-pitched, "tinnitus-like" sound. Now I'm someone who loves the sound of a fan. Normally people work for me; However, the fan noise of these exhibits is an annoying bell noise. I have had other USB fans but these are by far the worst. Yes they are cheap but still.
