Okay, here's what you probably need to know as a potential buyer. This is a direct replacement, if the description or your manual says this spur gear has a 48 pitch it would be technically incorrect. 48p "goes" but the pitch is really 0.6Mod. If you use 48p gearing you will wear out the spur prematurely and you won't have the best gearing setup. I know this because I bought some 48p gears and found that they don't fit/mesh like they should. I then tried the 0.6Mod gearbox and it fitted perfectly/as it should. So buy your spur as a direct factory replacement with confidence, but just consider what I mentioned. I would recommend and buy again if needed. helps
