I bought this screen in February this year (2020); less than 6 months ago but have barely been able to use it due to a Covid-19 issue we had. The time (probably only 4) I used it started working fine and then on the last shot - FYI I use this to review stills. no video - I had trouble turning it off and restarting whenever it wanted to. Anyway, no overheating or anything else I could adjust. I hesitated to contact the seller for fear they wouldn't believe me, but I didn't want this device to become a "door stopper" or a useless plastic brick! I contacted them and they responded immediately and told me to pack it well and send it back to them for a replacement. Boom! No problem. No distrust (I've been TOTALLY honest. I'm a business owner and you should be able to trust your customers even if you expect more security from them. I've sent this in on every email inquiry as and when I'm getting it , they responded very kindly. Received my new monitor yesterday and just tried it out - superb! Have NOT unplugged/rebooted it yet. Only used it for a few hours but just wanted this review to focus on the customer service experience of the company i had with them and i could not wish for more kindness and respect i felt with them thank you for looking after me if i ever need another monitor or hearing aid thanks to Huie Dinwiddie Photography (Bay Area, California).
