I installed them on a 2000 Honda Civic Coupe EX. I didn't notice much change for the first month, and then boom! 4 mpg extra! My car is said to average 26mpg on the freeway, and now I get over 30mpg depending on keeping my foot off the accelerator and putting it on cruise. 35mpg However, for the past 2 weeks I have been getting the check engine light with cylinders 2 and 4 misfiring. I found that the metal on the end of cylinder 4 had corroded and burned out. Cylinder 2 had badly burned sections. Gasoline mileage was 21 miles per gallon. I replaced it with a Bosch Double Iridium after not receiving any warranty replacement information. I still find them a great replacement fork. Five stars remain for the fork. As for the warranty period - you are the judge.
