I needed compact and inexpensive acoustics, since I listen to vinyl once a month or less, and there is no desire to spend money on a hi-fi system. I also wanted to save space in the apartment. I read the laudatory reviews and bought a Dali Spektr 1 after listening to it in the store. What can I say: - acoustics, as they say here, really sounds nice. It is difficult to put into words these sensations, but the music sounds soft and gives pleasure; - I would say that the sound is dry, dense and neat, but at the same time soft. Also, it's reliable. That is, in my understanding, nothing is lost anywhere and is well balanced. The upper and middle frequencies are combined with each other. There is practically no bass, but there are hints of its existence. Played acoustics until about 15 hours. They say that it is still necessary to warm up to 100 hours (it is written in the instructions) - by genre - it seemed to me that classical, jazz, piano sounds good, but rock lacks clarity. I only listen to rock though. - what I did and how I improved the sound - I connected an active inexpensive sub-buffer Sven to the amp. It seemed to me that Dali reproduces the highs from the bass, and Sven - albeit without a perfect drawing - gives the bottom. And now I turn on Sven quietly (because at high volume all the flaws of the sound "crawl out"). And it turns out a wonderful soft and pleasant sound as a result. By itself, Sven sounds soft, warm and voluminous and quite powerful, despite the modest 20 watts (I'm talking about the color of the sound, not its quality, clarity and reliability). Those. in such a set, the system sounds pleasant at low and medium volumes, bass from the sub-buffer is added and the sound picture becomes more complete. There is a bottom, and mids, and bass. I'm pre-war. It definitely brings pleasure. Now audiophiles will peck me - they say, Sven + Dali = , etc. But let me reiterate my goals: a) I had to voice the vinyl b) I need the voice acting to be not quite a technical sound reproduction, but normal and musical, without frank failures and shortcomings.
