There are only 3 pieces and the direction doesn't make sense. They say the aligner goes to the tray but on the video you can see it on the arm. When it's on the arm, it's difficult to put the tray on firmly. Try calling the company for help. Carrie told me to watch a YouTube video of the installation and hung up. In the video, the tray differs from my model. Remembered and received Rachel. She didn't understand the aligners and used a different vocabulary. Also told me to go to the video. This time she sent me to have my caps and aligners removed. When I needed help, she just hung up. Would not recommend this product. Nice but not easy to assemble and the company just sends you to a video which may or may not be your product. Sending mine back to Revane ASAP!
