Love this high chair. So easy to use. A rocking tray is the best option. I love the easy care material. The only downside is that I don't feel like it rolls smoothly.

I love it I wish the seat belts weren't white and easier to remove for cleaning. I also don't understand why they put wheels on it. The thing doesn't turn at all. Do not allow rear handles. I like moving chairs from room to room. Otherwise this is a very nice chair. Easily erased. I have one that reclines because the kids go to sleep. And I like that it folds up. We are a family on the move so perfect to take with us when we travel or go to a family BBQ.

This chair is exactly what we need. Our dining room doesn't have room for a dining table, let alone a massive high chair. This chair folds up very quickly and stows away with one hand (a bit harder to pull out with one hand, but not impossible). I wish I had gotten it sooner and used the tilt feature more - I would have skipped using the bouncers completely! There are only 3 pieces and the direction doesn't make sense. They say the aligner goes to the tray but on the video you can see it on the arm. When it's on the arm, it's difficult to put the tray on firmly. Try calling the company for help. Carrie told me to watch a YouTube video of the installation and hung up. First I contacted Joovy via live chat to confirm that this latest version of the Nook high chair has an adjustable footrest, washable straps and an easy to remove seat cover. I was told yes to everyone! I received the item and all 3 answers were wrong. The footrest is not adjustable, the straps are not washable as they are still fabric and the seat cover still requires the loosening of 2 screws on each of the armrests to be washable. It is beautiful and durable, and the details are very well thought out! The faux leather seems to be of really good quality and it has a good amount of cushioning. I'm sure the straps will get dirty, but they seem to resist stains somewhat. The cable is really easy to use. My 6 month old seems very comfortable in the seat. The retreat is superb. The latch at the top of the tray is a really nice feature and it's easy to clean. I'm so glad I bought it and I like it a lot better than the old Graco
