Holding it close to your mouth with no gaps and trying to breathe is like trying to breathe through a plastic bag. The air that I breathe in and out through the mask does not go through this filter in any way, it just flows down the sides and out of the cloth mask. It has five layers. The black and non-woven layers could be stacked on top of each other and breathed easily. But add two layers of melted plastic and that's where the airflow stops. Can anyone tell me how the air should flow through these and not just the edges of my mask?
