ASSEMBLY! I read the reviews at the convention and saw that many people had problems. I just assembled it in 15 minutes. Let me tell you how. When you put your hands on, start under the seat. Insert the two outer bolts first and DO NOT fully tighten. Get in the back seat. Lay on your back and tighten fully. The hands can easily go on. Then go back to the bottom and add the remaining screws and tighten everything up. It takes a little muscle power, but if I can do it, so can you. (I have 1% muscle 😆) I saw that there were many problems with arms not fully touching the back. When it is assembled in this way, there are no problems. 4 stars because one leg is slightly shorter than the others. A small pillow under the chair solves this problem. Hope this helps you!
