have been using it for 2 weeks ice fishing it detects if there are fish underneath and the water depth to within 30cm. Great product for checking location before setting up an ice shelter. I carry it in my bag, it's dropped in the water with no issues, the battery life is an amazing 2 weeks and it only takes one charge. Great product for the money it lets you know if there are fish and water depth if you are trying to use flasher mode for fishing this is not your flasher.
