The support team is very responsive and always willing to help with questions or issues. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and have helped us solve some of our most complex problems. We've been able to use them as an extension of our own IT department, but we also have used them when we didn't have our own IT staff. As far as I can tell, they don't offer any discounts for volume purchases. I would say that their service is a little expensive compared to other providers. We were able to get all of our applications running smoothly using their expertise.
