I enjoy using OMNICloud with its ability to manage customer accounts efficiently while reducing costs for our organization by consolidating all applications into one platform! It is not user friendly at times but there are training sessions offered that can help you become more familiarized if needed-we also have an omniclustr integration which makes it even better!! We were able solve problems we never before had because they centralized everything under 1 umbrella allowing us access from anywhere via mobile device or desktop pc without having issues such as compatibility when accessing software etc.. The best part is that we can access our data from anywhere at any time without having to depend upon other systems or applications. It's also very easy for end users to use as they are used to it. There isn't much I dislike about this product. If you're looking for an integrated solution with all your business processes under one roof then this software will help you achieve that goal. We have been able to integrate multiple ERP solutions into one system which makes life easier for us.
