First you need to charge 4 tons for 5 hours which I did. then you have to sterilize the tube and the spout, in the first 10 minutes I didn't see a single person who would make this video. I used sterile gloves after they were boiled to sterilize to handle them and put them on my 4 gallon spring water bottle. It's a little noisy but worth it. Make sure the silver spout is fully inserted or it will leak. It works great, click to pour water and click to stop. I highly recommend this item.
