Alright. It's just very dirty no matter how many times you clean it. Pieces of wood always fall off. Several times I have found a small piece at the foot of my gecko. I kept finding piles of sand as I moved to clear them. Finally I soaked it in water to see what pests might have buried it (because the sand piles looked like they came from a burrowing creature) when it got wet a small mealworm fell out. It's so easy to hurt yourself. A small mealworm could crawl inside. Call me paranoid, but I've heard stories of geckos getting blockages from swallowing things they couldn't get through, and some pieces of wood were small enough to swallow and big enough to cause problems. It looks really cool in a vivarium, gives a natural feel to the habitat, but I would have preferred a larger reptile than a gecko. or maybe an adult gecko. Mine is young. But for me it's just not worth the risk.
