My dog has a bigger chest than most dogs. Bust 19-20 inches, neck 13 inches, length 16 inches. I thought since he is only 1 year and 9 months old and I thought he would grow up a bit more. I left 2 inches of chest space as recommended, but the shirt was still quite large for him. I'll see if I can shrink the shirt down a bit to fit better and maybe return other shirt sets I bought with L or save for later. Overall a high quality shirt. It's thicker than other shirts I've bought. It's a little warm for someone who lives in Southern California like us, but Latte still loves this shirt!
