Review on Novus Conceptus by Joseph Whiteman

I love how easy this software makes my job as front desk agent so much easier! It's also very user friendly for our guests to use too. The only thing that could be improved would be if there was more than one option when booking rooms online (like being able to choose between king bed/queen beds). Also sometimes we have issues getting guest information filled out correctly but this isn't often because of all their great customer service team who are always willing to help us solve any problems or concerns!! We've been using novusc since early 2017 and haven't had anything bad come up yet. As long as everything goes smoothly then what can go wrong? If your looking at other hotel management systems give them a try first before making your decision. Make sure they offer good support from beginning stages till end stage, not just after purchase. Making things run smoother by having access to key data such as bookings and availability.
